Question:

What's the best way to go from waking up at noon to waking up at 6 am?

I use Melatonin and Valerian Root and was just wondering what is the healthiest way to do this in about a week.

  1. Just jump out of bed at 6 and DO NOT get back in that bed!  In a few days (tired ones!) you'll be right back on schedule.  It takes the brain a little while to catch on!  

    Btw, NO NAPPING during the day!  Good luck, dude!  :)


  2. Set the alarm clock and make sure it's a loud one.  Don't hit snooze, just force yourself out of bed.  Take a shower.  Drink some coffee.  

    It might take a few days to a week, but you'll get used to it.  Be sure to go to bed earlier, too.
