What's the best way to have someone leave you alone (Hopefully in a peaceful manner)?

During the summer, I was taking physics. This person i didn't even know would keep poking and making fun of everything I do (how I walk, write, talk, etc) during class,class 10 minute break, and sometimes kind of follow me after class to make fun of me more. He later started picking on my friends.. I asked a few times politely not to bother me anymore and told him i didn't like what he's doing and he still kept it up. My friends even yelled at him for me too and he still keeps bothering us. Anyways the classes for summer ended and classes start again. Luckily I don't have any classes with him but today he saw me going from my Geology to English class and came up poking me again saying, "Ew it's you"

I'm not generally a big fan of this but in your situation I say you burn him. Get some rope and a gallon of gasoline... no, I mean turn him in to a teacher. I know you don't want everyone to call you a narc or whatever they call stoolies these days but short of getting a bigger guy to punch him in the nose I think that's what you''re going to have to do.

You should give him like a final warning, to stop or he will regret it, if he does it only one more time talk to some of your friends to beat him up. You'll see he'll never ever talk to you again. Maybe to say he's sorry. That's what we do in Puerto Rico.

He needs to get a life, he is insecure about himself.  Maybe he's an abused child.  I would find a friend who is big in height, muscles or a tough looking person and just have that person start hanging around you and your friends for awhile.  I would think that most smart guys would stay away.  If all else fails then tell the school counselor that this guy is stalking you.

Sorry, but back in the day someone would have opened up a can of WHIP A** on his sorry self...
