  1. ur whole team needs to get along. u should try to find someone to be boss and probably shouldn't be one of ur teammates cuz that will cause more problems. when u communicate during a game or even during practice u will notice that u guys will get along better and u might have a winning team coming up instead of loosing. so call out help when u need help during a game and be there to back other people up especially when u r in the way back. cover the whole court with all of ur teammates and stay in ur own space when u r on the court.

so hopefully this will help ur team become a better team and hopefully will have a winning team!!

    good luck!! :)

  2. Just...try to get along. If someone's hating on you...then just ignore them. They're probably just jealous anyways....Just make sure to share the ball, do your job, get along, listen to your coach, and get your heads in the game!!!!

  3. I know this from personal experience first of whats at school stays at school when your on the court with your team ure a team what ever fights you have off the court should stay there TRUST ME it works

  4. You guys need some time for team building.  All the practice in the world isn't going to help if your team doesn't get along.  Volleyball is a game about communication, and if you can't do that you will never win.  You guys need to do some team building/trust activities to work as a team and not as individual athletes.  When you trust each other and are able to work as one force, you will always have each other's back and you will be able to get things accomplished and win.

  5. work on teamwork nobody is the boss you are all working as a team. Tell everyone good job if they didn't make it over the net nice try. trust me we won tournomant champions.

  6. one leader

    one team

just have teamwork have fun and things will begin to fall in place

    plus get lots of aces!!!

it makes your team seem unstoppable

  7. ours won state. gotta practice.

  8. have a team meeting and just have a talk about what you guys want to accomplish and how you guys will attempt to get along with each other!

  9. play better than the GODS

          P.S. play naked

  10. well, at my club, at the begining of every season, we do teamwork exersizes. we do a drill where everybody except one person holds hands in a circle. the extra person holds a volleyball and the coach shouts out a random player's number. whoever that player is, the whole circle has to run to the left and to the right so that the player in the circle who's number has been called cant be tagged by the person outside of the circle. it might seem weird but it really helps the team to work as a group.

another drill is a butterfly pass where the team is set up on either side of the net as follows:

    c___________a

    ............b

    ______________

    ............e

    d____________f

player c tosses the ball over the net to player d and player d passes it to player e. players all rotate to the position on their right player e then goes to the f position and tosses the ball she just caught to player f who would have ran under the net to the starting position of player c. c would pass the ball to the person in player b's starting position. the person who catches the ball moves to player c's starting position.

this might be confusing so here is the diagram after the first rotation:

    b________f

    ........a

    ___________

    ........d

    c________e

there is another drill where you get in the six positions on one side of the court. the coach tosses the ball from the other side and whoever it goes to, everyone has to shout their name and run over to them. after every ball, you rotate and rotate in the extra players.

hope it helps. it took our team from 4th silver to 3rd gold in our division. g'luck!

  11. Generally the setter or libero will step up and be the leader.  If you have hitters who think that they are awesome and can control a team, they can't.  They have no power over who gets the ball on a hit; only the setter can decide that.  Because of this, the setter generally is the one to take charge by calling out the plays before the serve and during the point.  Also, the libero must talk and call out the opposing block and hits, so he may be the one to take control.

No matter what, you must have a leader and you (your team) must respect him as the leader.  It doesn't matter how you get along off of the court; you must be one unit and everyone must know his role on the court.

Note that I use 'him' for both genders, since you never stated which.

  12. you guys should talk to each other and everyone can help remember that volleyball is a team no individuals so everyone has to help
