Im very pissed because my twin brother spat at me on accident all over my arm and hair because he pushed me on the floor and started laughing. He's always lazy and I'm always setting meals for him and taking responsibility over him.I'm mad at him and I CAN'T TAKE IT ANYMORE!!!How should I let out my anger without hurting myself or anyone around me?

  1. First work this out with your parents and brother, everyone in the same room, avoid shouting, it will get you no where and stop waiting on your brother, you are not his personal slave. Let him crash and burn, then he will learn to take care of himself. Unless he has some sort of mental, or physical disablility, then ask your parents for help, explain how you are feeling. As a stress reliever, get out and exercise and take up a craft, art or hobby that you love. Art and exercise make you feel a great deal better, one for the mind and soul, the other for your body.

  2. i'll pour my anger to my brother if i were you. but the nice way is here: http://www.wikihow.com/Special:LSearch?f...

    be nice : )

  3. How do we control our anger? We cannot control how and when we get angry but we can control and choose what we want to do with our anger. If we know that we fly off the handle easily, there are ways that we can do to manage it.

  4. Work out

  5. Write. Work out. Punch pillows. Scream loudly.

  6. Maybe you can try to think this way: If he's laughing, he doesn't mean to do you any harm, and he probably loves you, think about the people that did really bad things to you and then compare them with your twin. Try it, you'll probably feel less anger.

  7. Take a jog :) i always do that.

just run and run and run. till ya cant run anymore!  then.. cry:)

    always works for me

  8. Working out really helps. Or you can get a pillow and punch it till you decide to stop. Also, you shouldn't have to take responsibility for your twin all the time - I was the same way with my twin, but when I stopped, he learned to do things himself. You just have to let him realize that he needs to face daily tasks without your help, and maybe he'll appreciate all you've done more.

  9. I take a pillow... hold it over my face... and SCREAM!

  10. alright, i hope this works for you. Go to a quiet place and scream! scream out all the anger you have, i mean like out of the top of your lungs! scream out all the curse words you wanna say to him, basically everything that you have kept in your mind about him...for me, i just beat the c**p out of my bro/sis when they bother me..lol..
