I am not very fat, but i don't like my weight.

I would like the fastest,best way to lose weight....

    brekky- bowl of whole wheat cereal, and semi milk

    Lunch- Soup-- it's so healthy recipes you can find every where, and you can chill or freeze it if you make too much

    Dinner- Salad and a protein of some kind. Drink only water, or juice

    and no snacks, do a 30min to a hours walk a brisk walk too
