  1. the eggstractor

  2. after you boil it push the bottom of the egg onto a counter and then start peeling gently from where it cracks

  3. boil it, run it under cold water, then peel away

  4. Little knocks everywhere. Will peel easy without taking any chunks of the egg.Eat it with the Skin on ? do you mean shell,if so, yes dip in some ketchup and and it will taste great.try it.Yum, Yum.

  5. It will not harm you to eat an egg with the shell still on but I cant recommend it - it tastes like sh*t!

The best way is after you have boiled it, run it under cold water (stops it from going gray) and tap it all the way around, gently peel it the rinse it under water.

  6. if you start with boiling water and FRESH eggs after cooked roll the egg in hand and the peel will come right off

  7. Boil it, run it under cold water, crack it on a cutting board or a clean counter, comes right off pretty much.

  8. Crack it on a tabletop, turning it over and around to crack all "sides". Then put it under cold running water and peel into the sink.

  9. put the eggs in cold water and heat to boil.  once they boil turn off and let sit in water for 10 minutes.  during this sitting time the "connnection"  between the egg and shell loosens.  then run under cold water.  roll the egg around on counter pressing with palm and cracking shell all the way around.  it will slide right off!!!!!!

  10. Ask someone else to do it for you x

  11. I take it you mean the shell of the egg, and AFTER the egg has been boiled!

If it's a soft-boiled egg and you intend to dip "soldiers" (fingers of buttered bread) in it, then you put it in an egg cup and just break the (usually ''pointed" but it doesn't really matter) end with a spoon and gently lift the shell off in strips until such time as you have about half of the egg uncovered.

If you're doing a hard boiled egg for a sandwich or salad, allow it to cool in cold water then either roll it under your hand on a hard surface or tap it all over with a spoon. When most of it is cracked, the shell will easily come off.

Also note that although there IS a skin (membrane) just inside the shell, this usually comes off with the shell. If not it is easily removed by pulling it with the fingers.

You do NOT eat the shell of an egg although a few small pieces will do you no harm whatsoever if eaten by accident.

  12. You can eat it with the skin still on it.  (You can eat with the shell too, but not recommended.)  I know everyone is saying run the egg under cold water.  If you have a lot of eggs, it would be smart to boil them (for whatever length you prefer to boil them) a few hours before you need them.  Then immediately drain them, put them in a bowl, and let them sit in the fridge for a few hours.  That way you don't waste all that water.

  13. haha, put the whole egg in vinegar and leave for a while, eventualy the shell will dissappear.

  14. When you take it out of the pan, run under a cold tap until completely cool (stops black ring from forming inside).

Tap at the narrowest point of the egg and peel down from there. Works best if the egg is completely cold.

Then peel the shell off. Bits of sharp egg shell will be very painful to your gums and get stuck in between your teeth. Ouch!

  15. Just one quick tip to add what everyone else here has said:  Eggs are always best fresh, *except* for making hard boiled eggs.  They're much easier to peel because some of the egg has evaporated through the shell, causing a small space to form between the egg and the shell.  So you actually want to use *older* eggs to make hard boiled eggs!
