  1. dont hit the ball

  2. there is no way your knukles just have to get used to it but you knukles will be brused (wrists) will be

  3. Im a hitter and I make sure I strech my hands at least for 5 minutes before the game!

spread your fingers wide and hold that for 10 seconds do it like 3 - 4 times

make a fist and do a circular motion just moving your wrists

make a fist and move your fist as if your fists are lifting weights

Also, you can put tape around your wrist and your fingers. If you dont know how to do it, ask your school trainer to do it for you!

  5. strengthening them will definately help, but you could wrap them with athletic tape to strengthen them as well.

  6. I'm not sure if you mean protect from the ball or from falling when you dig. I think you mean digging but this works either way. There are actual wrist guards of course that you can wear, I don't know how much cushion they'd provide when falling though because I've never used them. The only problem is they might throw off your bumping if you bump in the wrong spot. You can also use athletic tape. They sell it in drugstores or places like Walmart. You can wrap around your wrists with that but make sure it's not too tight or you can snap corrently and it will cut off circulation. At least when you fall your wrist won't go all over because the tape holds it in place and it doesn't stick up like a guard.

  7. tape them

  8. You're hitting the ball in the wrong place. It's supposed to be your lower arm not your wrist. It does make a difference. Your lower arm is stronger and the skin isn't as thin.

  9. If your wrists are hurting (i.e because you're a setter) then you need to strengthen them and the only way to do so is through practice.  If you're hitting the ball and your writs are hurting then you're not playing properly.  The only reason your wrists should be hurting would be from excessive setting...

  10. You can grip your hands really tight and back up when the ball is coming so that it hit your hand in stead of your wrists.
