What's the best way to put together a honeymoon registry?

I think this is a great idea for couples who already have things for their home. But I'm not sure how to go about doing this. Is there a particular website or travel company that is easy to use and trustworthy?

  1. I think this is a silly idea.  I don't think people are really going to be willing to buy you things to make your honeymoon better.  That is between you and your fiance.  That isn't fair that you are asking people to do that for you.  Why don't you try just not registering anywhere and people will give you cash and that can be used in any way that you want.

  2. I think virtually every travel agency offers a honeymoon-type registry these days.  Definitely go with a reputable local one instead of an online one, in order to make sure it's a secure transaction for all your guests.

  3. If you know where you want to go, the resorts and hotels have their own registries. Starwood, Sandals, etc. Try their websites.

Otherwise, www.honeyfund.com, www.thehoneymoon.com and www.honeymoonwishes.com are all reputable sites.

Also, your bank may have a registry like this one that creates an account, you could check with them.

    Good luck!

  4. In the States, Canada, Europe, Australia, there's www.flightcentre.com. They have a website and store locations worldwide. All the best.

  5. Hello,

How are you? If you would like to set up a honeymoon registry, here is where to go http://www.cassandralanetravel.org click the "Extras" tab at the top, then scroll down to the middle, and you will see a box with "Honeymoon Registry" under it, click the link and proceed from there.

  6. I have never heard of this but it sounds great.  someone else responded with a website.  Try it out.
