What's the best way to redeem concert tickets to the best band in the whole entire world??

I really like Bon Jovi. I definitely want to go to one of his concerts really, really bad. How do you go about doing that? Do you wait until a concert is in the same state? I've been wanting to go to his concert for a year now and I want to go before I'm not a major fan anymore. I'm also a teenager, if that matters, which means I can't drive yet.

well you can buy your tickets in advance at places like http://www.ticketstoseats.com and wait till the arrive at your state. prolly best thing to do.
