  1. "Boat Trader" magazine is where I have sold quickly.  Visit a local marina to "post" as well and talk to people there about it.  They may know someone that may buy.  When I sold boats and accepted trades we used NADA publication for pricing on used boats, have an idea of price you need or want.

The "eBay" already mentioned is a good place as well.  I once was a "huge" fan of CraigsList.com but last 6 months there have been a "ton" of "scams".

Local paper and publications.  Take your own pictures and post at grocery stores, restaurants, etc.  Never leave at an unsecured area, i.e., parking lot, gas station, etc., someone will "steal" and boats are an easy target.

Make small flyers and tape to mailboxes in neighborhoods.  Everywhere you go have some of these small flyers with you and mention the boat to everyone, NETWORKING.

For a "quick" sale to someone interested insure the boat is READY TO GO!

  2. Boat Trader Online.

I have bought a boat thru them, and intend to sell several boats this spring using their service.

  3. if you want to sell it fast, I do ebay.  I have sold several boats on consignment for other people this way.  for top $ and if you don't mind waiting, try boat trader magazine

  4. i dont know anything about ebay, dont understand it realy, but havnt tried to..  ....i think you get the most exposure by puting it in your local boat dealers yard on consignment, that means he sells it for you also he'll put it on the website, this way gives you less hassles.
