What's the best way to send a passport through the mail?

go to usps and request an overnight packge and fill it out and pay the fees,that's it.

Registered mail with receipt showing it was received and signed for at the receivers end.

special delivery service through royal mail always works with me!

I would send it overnight with FedEx. Always great for sending documents.

I would send it Priority Mail USPS with tracking and confirmation.

UPS is also very good but you may not have one near you while USPS (United States Postal Service) can be found almost anywhere.
