What's the best way to stop aches and pains when you wake up?

I did an hour of garden work, pulling weeds, and when I woke up this morning, I had massive aches and pain. I couldn't even get up.

So what is the best way to avoid aches and pains?????

  1. Do some stretches before and after your garden work.


  2. When you do stuff you're body is not use to, you always suffer the next day. I know that.  

  3. Bend with your knees, keep good posture when doing activities, take rests when you are doing things that take a while... and stretching before, during, and after activities.
