What's the best way to wash your back in the shower?

If you have an oriental grocery store near you, they have a small, long towel which is made from a slightly rough material and is used for washing the back. soap it up, throw it over first one shoulder, then the other and use your hands to pull it back and forth. I like them better than a brush. They can be found in several different textures as some people like them rougher and some like them a bit smoother.

Well, I prefer my husband do it for me-- lol!  But if he's not available, I like those long handled loofas.  Not the hard ones, but the plastic, netty, colored ones.  They sell one at wal-mart on a long handle and it works great.  Only costs 2 or 3 bucks, too.

I get my girlfriend to do it...feels a lot better...and she can reach places I can't....<grin>
