What's the best website to book a holiday through?

I hate those sites where u have to call to book and u get through and they say 'that holidays gone now but we have another one thats £200 more expensive!'

Anyone know any good value sites to book a holiday to Egypt?

Had nothing but good experiences with Jet2.com...they do package deals now, much cheaper than other operators, and I find they are good quality with nice staff, and reliable.

If you want a package holiday no I don't because I found them to be like the ones that you mention.

I use www.kayak.com to get myself a cheap flight and then book my hotel separately
