The worst promo's are probably Khali there just terrible

ITS HARD TO CHOOSE THE BEST BUT ANY OF FLAIRS OLD NWA PROMOS WERE AWESOME.

AS FOR THE WORST. IM NOT SURE IF IT IS THE WORST OF ALL TIME BUT SHELTON BENJAMIN CUT ALOT OF BAD PROMOS IN HIS TIME. ALSO IN TNA A COUPLE OF MONTHS AGO SCOTT STEINER CUT A PROMO OVER HIS MATCH WITH SAMOA JOE THAT WAS SO DUMB THAT IT MADE YOU LAUGH. THE BEAUTIFUL PEOPLE IN TNA ALSO CUT BAD PROMOS.

FLAIRS BEST WAS PROBALY THE ONE WHEN HE STARTED THE JET FLYING LIMO RIDING SAYING OF HIS.

OH ANOTHER BAD ONE WAS WHEN BOSSMAN CUT THE PROMO TALKING ABOUT BIG SHOWS DEAD DAD.

ANOTHER ONE WAS MORE SKIT THEN PROMO BUT HHH PROMOING ON KANE AND KATIE VICK.

IVE ALSO SEEN SOME BAD PROMOS WHILE WATCH AWA ON ESPN CLASSICS.

Best promo gotta be the 20 over minutes long "This is your life" skit between the rock and mick foley which drew the highest rating.

Khali's promos are the worst cause i have no idea what he is saying and he's boring.
