In my pool we are limited to 12 moves. I have 5 left and I have Chipper Jones at 3B. With him day-to-day and possibly bound for the DL I want to make a move for a third baseman. It's a fairly small league in which we keep 3 guys each year, so there's good options available. Here's my batting lineup...

C - Ryan Doumit

1B - Ryan Howard

2B - Dustin Pedroia

3B - Chipper Jones

SS - Michael Young

OF - Grady Sizemore

OF - Carlos Beltran

OF - Bobby Abreu

Util - Jacoby Ellsbury

BN - Dan Uggla

BN - Rafael Furcal

BN - Victor Martinez

I can...

1)Trade Dan Uggla for Kevin Youkilis

2)Drop injured Rafael Furcal for either Aubrey Huff, Jorge Cantu, Adrian Beltre, Troy Glaus, or Edwin Encarnacion.

Who should I get?

  1. Keep Uggla..... Get Cantu.  Cantu has a great upside.  Kouzmanoff from SD has been pretty hot too at 3b recently

  2. I would have to say with your concern over chippers health at third base dropping Furcal for Cantu would probably be the smartest move... Cantu provides depth at third along with decent avg. and good power
