  1. I live with five cats. I'd definitely say don't get five of anything but fish.

When I'm just with one cat they're clean, friendly and they purr. One dog can go for walks, play ball, keep your feet warm. I guess it depends on your activity level. I personally prefer dogs but cats can still purr. We need purring dogs.

  2. THIS IS VERY USEFUL INFORMATION SO READ IT ALL

I HAVE 2 DOGS AND 3 CATS SO I KNOW WHAT IS IMPORTANT

If you have closed space for the pet take CAT,because you can teach it to go on the litter and they are clean.some people are afraid of DOGS.

BUT if u have a big yard and time(it is very important) take a DOG,but watch out to have closed yard or at least a chain.

THE MOST IMPORTANT THING the female cats and dogs can attract too many other gender, and male cats and dogs might be attracted and get lost.

So i prefer a cat in closed space.

  3. dogs '=]]

  4. Depends on if you want someone to take on walks and play with who worships you or if you want a cute roommate you can get along with.

  5. dogs

  6. if you dont like being licked all over, take a cat

  7. I prefer cats they are pretty self sufficient

  8. Ummm... I like them both so I can't just choose one.

But there are pros and cons for them both. For cats some of the pros are: you don't have to take them out in the middle of the night or anytime (because they have a litter box), you don't have to worry about sand fleas getting on them from outside like you do dogs, they don't bark {just meow}. For dogs:you can play catch with them, they can walk with you outside so you arent alone, when they are tired they lay in the bed with you at night {cats don't do that}.

    Cons for cats are:you have to scoop their litter boxes, if its a female they go in heat and its annoying, they shed alot. For dogs:you have to wake up in the middle of the night to take them outside,they bark really loud, and they can turn on you fast and hurt you{depending of the dog}

SO NOW ALL YOU GOTTA DO IS CHOOSE WHICH ONE YOU THINK IS BEST FOR YOU.

    =D

  9. I WOULD SAY even but no,,,not this time ever heard of dog is mans best friend??????????????????????????????????...

  10. I have both.  I love them all.  A dog is special tho, they need to be with humans where cats don't most of the day.  I think if I was to pick it would have to be a dog .  My dog goes all over with me to my job to visit my patients.  He is probably the one who knows my deep down secrets. He is by best Buddy.  So that is my final answer.

  11. depends on what you want.

both require feeding, cleaning up after, sometimes cleaning, and attention ,both physical and emotional.

if you want an animal in the house that can amuse themselves and occasionally graces you with there presents, then go with the cat.

if you want an animal that usually stays near you loves praise and play, and lives to please and give and expects loyalty, then go with a dog.

if you have the option then get both, they don't always fight.
