What's the better way to BBQ - Gas or Charcoal?

Charcoal or a wood fire definitely tastes better, but gas is easier.

The only way to BBQ is through the use of indirect heat.  Given the choices of gas or charcoal, I'd go with charcoal...but I prefer white oak, myself.

the only thing i use a gas grill for is to light my charcoal. charcoal has a much better flavor in my opinion.

charcoal! it can force the BBQ to release its true and wonderful taste! (joking) but i prefer charcoal. it can also save money.
