What's the car alarm that sounds like a bird?

It's this strange car alarm I keep hearing down the street that sounds like an eagle or a hawk, and it's driving me nuts cuz I'm jealous. Any clues anyone? It's just a quick noise too, like when the alarm is being armed... Or if someone trips the warning.
