What's the cheapest camcorder that will record higher than 30 fps?

What is the cheapest camcorder that will record video higher than 30 fps? I'd prefer at least 640 x 480 and more would be better, but my priority is high frame rate.

I think you're a little confused.  Frame rate and pixel size are two different things.  The standard pixel size is 640 x 480 for video.  If you go HD then the pixels get bigger ie "720i" "1080i"  And 29.9 fps is the standard frame rate.
