So I recently moved to Pennsylvania, I never had a US driver license before so I have no driving record at all but I will be getting one this week, I'm also 19 and still don't have any credit here in the US but I'm a US citizen, what's the cheapest/best insurance here in Philadelphia, PA?

  1. You can try this company - http://autoinsurance.noneto.com - I personally have their car insurance in Philadelphia. As I know they have more affordable insurance policies for teens and first time drivers.

  2. It will be quite not less expensive due to your lack of experience and age.  The best thing to do would be for you to get an online insurance quote at  a good website

    Also, a good resource is...

    Best of luck to you.

  3. The cheapest for me in PA was state farm.  they also have great customer service.

However, car insurance rates are different for everyone.  The best thing for you to do is just call different places and get quotes.  Its free and generally doesn't take anymore than 15 minutes a call.

    good luck!

  4. You really need to shop around. Being young, not insured for the  past six months, no driving record or history, no prior license will all increase your auto insurance rates. You will need to make sure you take advantage of any discounts you may qualify for. In order to get the best rate, you will need to research multiple companies and coverage options.
