What's the cheapest combination of internet and phone for the Las Vegas area?

My boyfriend currently has a phone bill of 37 dollars (with NO features) and a dial up bill of like 17.

I'd really really like for him to have long distance and caller ID, im thinking you should definatly be able to get that for 37 dollars.

So what y'all think? I'm preferably looking for companies and specifics.

The company I use here in the UK has a fantastic option for the US and Canada, in fact it is now a world leader in the technology.
