What's the cheapest deal on a cell phone I can get?

I don't want a prepaid phone, and I don't even want to have minutes on it so people can call me; I just want a cell phone with unlimited text. No body around here will give me a straight answer. So people, who's the cheapest of cheap service provider that will ONLY give me unlimited texting?

Tmobile won't do just text plans.. and I'm not sure of anyone who does.  But you can get the basic individual plan and unlim text for 45.00 a month (before tax) and also get a free phone.

Or you can get a pay-per-day phone with altell, if you don't use any calling minutes then all you pay is the .75 cents a day for unlimited texting

I believe that verizon is because for $5.00 a month you can get 250 text messages, for $10.00 you can get unlimited IN messaging and 500 textes to any network besides verizon.  IN messaging is messaging to anyone having a phone from verizon.  For $15.00 a month you can get unlimited IN messaging and 1500 textes to any other network.  For $20.00 you can get unlimited IN messaging and 5000 textes to anyone on another service plan.  Also when you open up a 2year contract you can get a phone for free.  Good luck with your new phone and I hope I helped.[=
