Well, there isn't one set insurance company that is going to be the cheapest for everyone.  Every company is different and every person is different.  You are pretty young so your rates are going to be higher than most adults.  Here are three simple things you can do to get a lower rate:  

1) Get on your parents policy- if this is a possiblity, it is a good thing to do to save you money. Also, have your parents list you as the primary driver on the cheapest vehicle they own.

2) Are you a good student? Most insurance companies offer a student discount to students that have a B average or better.

3) Your best bet is to shop around for the best rate.  I would recommend comparing quotes from 3-5 different auto insurance companies to see who offers you the best rate. The more quotes you get, the better chance you have at getting the cheapest rate possible.
