The cheapest hotel is the Formule1 chain of motels. There are several around Lyon which will cost around £20 per night for a 3 bed room

You are planning a trip to Lyon? It's so wonderful here, I love it! I am studying here right now and wouldn't choose any other place. As far as youth hostels, there are only two that I know of and one of them isn't that great. Here's a link to the other one. I'm not sure about prices though. Hope it helps!
