what's the cheapest state to buy cigarettes ? please provide detail info if possible. THANKS!!!

Here's a listing of state taxes. Assuming the base price of the cigarettes remains the same, this would tell you how much to add. Apparently SC doesn't want to bite the hand that feeds it because theirs is the lowest tax.

not sure but i can tell you they are 4.57 for marlboro in PA and about .75 to 1.25 cheaper in WV
