I'm thinking to have a 3 day visit to vancouver by the MID july, what would the cheapest flight to vancouver bc.? i've heard that charter flight are cheaper, but i don't know how to buy it? thank you.

With westjet, there are a few seat sales going on right now, about 180 going there and 244 coming back. (I just put in the dates july 16-19.) However my travel agent told me that mid-july is kinda in between highseason prices, so I'm not sure how much cheaper that would go.
