From USA...but the Post Office doesn't offer media mail anymore...

I would suggest you to try the UPS's media mail. they have pretty cheap shipment charges. You can even try UPS regular if you couldn't do the media mail. I believe that UPS is a lot better and more efficient than most other companies.
