I know mine is pennsylvania. Very clean.

I think Australia is a very neat country. Every Australian tries to make their country clean. Even in schools, children keep their school yard clean as this is what they are supposed to do. I think Australia is making a big achivement making it clean.

I live on the southern Oregon coast, the river that I live next to, has been rank in the best 3 cleanest rivers in the US, and the one just across the border in CA, is consistently #1.
