What's the code for drag-and-drop images?

I need to know how to put images on your web-page and have them able to be dragged and dropped to another part of the screen...please please PLEASE help me here or mail me at [e-mail].

Thanks, I really need it! I think it's javascript, but I'm not sure....so please help!

It moves ad resizes images, but don't save their location. If you want design web page, edit html or css code, drag&drop is not for you.
