put in 45 or maybe 46, or more if you want.

It is up to you, it will show you how much is hidden, as you change hte numbers.

Then to avoid the chopped off look choose

[add border]

Then if you want you can also choose a skin or select a color.

A lot of the skins on that page, are designed so when trimmed down to just the button, they still look good.

Or you can just choose a plain color to match your profile.
