What's the commute like from Irvington in Portland OR to Lake Oswego?

I am moving to Portland OR for a job in Lake Oswego. It is just off the I-5 on Lower Boones Ferry Road. We are considering living in Irvington. Would the commute be hellish or what? Yahoo maps says 20mins, is this realistic at rush hour?

I have a 2 1/2 to 3 hour commute.  It depends on traffic but I go to a large city for the job that I have now.  20 mins. doesn't sound terrible, however it could take an 1 hour or so with traffic for you.
