I would want to come up with the colors in all of the catalogs--you know, like "dusty sage," and "pink champagne" and things like that.

The coolest job is game show host.  You get paid millions, you get to joke around, and because you can tape two week's worth of shows in one day, your annual work schedule is about six 40-hour weeks (if you are on a daily show--far fewer if you're Howie Mandel).  Which leaves you wealthy with lots of free time to earn even more money, relax, study, do charity, whatever.
