What's the correct job title? advertising related?

is the term ad people / person used for creators of advertisements? if not, what is the proper term?

what's the difference between publicist and PR counsel/ officer/ representative? btw which is bettter (the last 3 variants?)

no offence but guessing wont help me, it's for my terminology thesis

You will discover that different companies have particular tasks for the same titles, but to get a good description, look into the Occupational Outlook Handbook online. Also there's a good book in bookstores with various titles in it, called How to Walk Into an Ad Agency and Walk Out With the Job You Want.
