i' m 200 lbs and need to get to 190 by the 26th of june ,what kind of routine should i get on?i'm 6 feet tall if that matters

  1. Eat healthy food (i.e. lean meats, leafy green vegetables, and fresh fruits). Drink plenty of water and excerise regularly, specifically cardio excersizes like running, swimming, jump ropes, things like that. The weight will melt off of you once you start doing this. Make sure to burn more calories than you take in, this is the most important part.


  2. well try having a balanced diet and cut out the extra snacks in bee-tween and always try to have breakfast in the morning,but no chocolate or junk food something healthy like oat meal........good luck

    don't forget to take breakfast ,avoid junk foods and oily food . burn calories by daily exercise and drink water as you could in a DAY  (abt 12 glass or more )
