Interesting question!  I had just looked into this myself, with the purpose of setting the moon phase dial on a new grandfather clock!

There are various online sites which will answer your question, as well as provide a photo of the current moon phase.  At the bottom of this particular site, though, you will see a calendar which gives you dates for the next several years--month-by-month--for the upcoming full moons.
