What's the deadline for filling cbse-improvement exam-2008 and exact exam date?

kindly share whatever knowledge u have about cbse-improvement exam-2008. i've appeared in 2008 boards and i got 44 marks in maths which is far too less than what i expected. school's are off for summer vacations so from where do i get form and what is the deadline for filling form. when is the exam and will this delay my marksheet.

A candidate who has passed Class 10th / 12th exams but would like to go for Improvement exam to improve performance in one or more subjects can reappear in the main examination in the succeeding year only. If you have passed class 10th / 12th this year, you have to wait for next year main examination.
