What's the deal with Favre?

Wasn't it earlier this week or the weekend that the Packers welcomed him back? Now the Packers have sent him "packing?" No pun intended. What's his deal? He's seems very indecisive. Maybe Favre's coach is all screwed up?

He's with the Jets, part of the agreement was that if the Jets moved him to either the Vikings or the Bears, Green Bay gets the Jets' #1 pick for each of the next 5 years.

There was some bad blood with the Packers team and Favre. I'm not sure what it was but thats what I got from the interviews. They are all on good terms and they have been talking alot to each other about it but they both agree to disagree. He just wants to play football but he really can't expect the coach to just drop everything and put him back as starter.. I love Favre but he's not God.. he cant just come and go as he pleases! Thats not fair. He needs to decide what he wants!

Well, If you were Brett Favre what choice do you really have??? First, Ted "The g*y Dad" Thompson doesn't want Brett Favre.. so Brett Favre has to ask for release and play with another team..

It's not Favre, all he wants to do is return to playing football.  It's the Packers who would rather lose with Rodgers as their QB then have an open competition between he and Favre.  After the coach's comments, it appears as though Favre is Tampa Bay bound.

He quote on quote retired - another then decided to ask him if he would like to play for them - the Packers then proceeded to offer Favre alot of money to "stay retired" and not go to another team - just tons and tons of drama...
