Is it really as awesome as the commercials make it seem? Anyone here bank with them? Are there high banking fees to offset the high intrest return rate? Is there *really* no catch?

  1. I have been investing with ING for years. They offer some of the highest rates in the country and there really isn't any "catch". For example their savings account has no minimum and no fees. You can freely move your money between your regular bank account and your ING account. I have such confidence in them I recently opened an Electric Orange Account- this is  a checking account without paper checks. You can use their bill pay to pay bills and you also get a debit card. The Electric account also offers great rates on a sliding scale basis. They even give you overdraft protection. I highly recommend ING.
