I've never heard more un-called-for ripping of USC and Ohio State. What do they have to do to please you people? They have the best players in the NFL. They play good solid football. They win all their games. Whats the problem? I'm calling it right now. If Ohio State goes to the national championship, or USC for that matter, and they play... say.... Oklahoma, And win. Then all of the sudden, you guys will immediately fire back with "Oh, well. They didnt beat an SEC team." I think the whole nation is waiting for you guys to get over yourselves and admit that you're not God's gift to college football, and that any of the big programs like USC, OSU, Oklahoma, Texas, WVU, etc. would be right in the mix in the sec championship every season. wake up!!

  1. If a SEC team can survive the brutal conference schedule, they are well deserving of the BCS Championship game bid.  Look at the competition level of the top 8 teams in the SEC vs. the top 8 in ANY other conference and you will see why the SEC is the best conference year in and year out.

  2. well right now isn't a good time to be saying that

    2008: LSU champs. Tebow Heisman

    2007 Florida champs

    2003 LSU champs

dont get me wrong. im a big11ten fan. but the sec is dominant

  3. Ohio State could never compete in the SEC, there is no Youngstown State type of teams in the SEC.  Ohio State will always have a good chance to go to the championship game playing high school teams all year but will eventually get crushed by an SEC team. We all know they didnt win that game in 02 against Miami.

  4. The deal is nobody from the Pac-10 or Big 10 has beaten a top Sec team in years! USC got those titles beating a good OK team 2 years straight because the NCAA new it would make better ratings to have them play rather than undefeated USC and undefeated Auburn. It's that simple, people wanted to watch the Big 12 and Pac 10 play. OK had lost a game that year, Auburn didn't. You can also tell me about how USC beat Arkansas and Cal beat Tenn, but like I said before they didn't beat a top SEC team. As far as Ohio State goes, why don't people look at the teams they play every year. They play for the state of Ohio championship every year. Most people don't know it, but look at their schedules over the last few seasons. They play 3 MAC schools every season. OF COURSE their stats look outstanding. If FL, GA, and LSU played 3 CUSA or Sun Belt teams every year they would look unbeatable too! Idiots!!

  5. I have a news flash for you mn...meth head or whatever your screen name is.

Michigan beat #9 Florida (the defending nat. champs, and Heisman winner tim Tebow) 41 - 35 in the Capital One Bowl.

If you watched the game you know it wasn't as close as the score says it was.

Turn both of Mike Hart's fumbles (going into the end zone) into touchdown's and it is a complete and total whuppin' !!

  6. George,George, George, roflmao. I know you dont believe the garbage you're spouting and that you only want to stir up a hornets nest. Thanks, you made me laugh which is a great way to start my day.
