What's the deal with the Mets this year?

They seem to have caught fire recently. They're in 1st place so I guess it's all good.

Well there was something wrong and it is called a slump and every team was one per season for example the Arizona Diamondbacks so yeah and now they are hot again so yeah that was the deal.

They are inconsistent at hitting and pitching early in the year which put them in a hole, and then they fired their manager. After they got off on a hot streak and tied the division lead.
