I read on WWE's website that they would appeal a ruling in favor of THQ and Jakks. What's the story behind this?

  1. wwe lost and have to pay up.


  2. WWE filed a lawsuit last year about alleged improper business practices that affected WWE's marketing of the Jakks/ THQ products.The ruling has just been made where WWE have now lost this lawsuit,but intend to appeal.
