Hi, i love doing fantasy football. But through out playing, there is one thing tdon'tpuzzles me. Of course LT is great to have on a fantasy team and offers a great upside. But it seems to me that he has become much overrated in fantasy. Not in the view of performance, but more in the way people look at him. Yes, i would looove to get LT in a draft, but if i can't, i still find myself with other great options that offer almost the same upside like addai or westbrook. My real question is, do you guys think that LT is becoming a little too over looked at and a little too overrated in the fantasy world. Because frankly, i would rather pick up LT so i could trade him later for great additions that would double the scores he would get. And it seems to me that most people would trade anything for him. Your thoughts?

  1. I think this will be his last year at the 1 spot. AP is a freak of nature and if he remains healthy..byebye LT.

  2. I agree and disagree with you. Remember LT is the safest and the best player you can draft. He puts up his numbers and doesnt have a down season. I do acknowledge that people are willing to give up so much to get him, last year you could get say Tom Brady or Moss for LT who put up more points. So LT may be useful in more then one way. But hes still the best.

  3. I'm in a points per reception league and brian westbrook actually had more fantasy points than LT last year according to my league's scoring system. but the way the chargers offense is set up, LT gets so many red zone touches that he his a lock for a bunch of TDs each year unlike many other rbs that will be lucky to even get 10 TDs. that is really what put LT so high up, how many TDs he gets.
