What's the delay with DTV coupons?

I applied Jan. 1st and have been checking status periodically. It has said "Your coupons have been mailed. You should receive them within two to three weeks if you haven’t already." since the end of February. It's been OVER three weeks with no sign of the coupons.

Exactly the same case here.  No idea why.

The coupons weren't going to be available until end of Feb(it stated that in the ordering process)....You should be receiving yours shortly as I got mine 2 weeks ago.....If not there is a # to call....1.888.388.2009

I registered on January 1st and received my two $40 debit cards around March 5, 2008.  You should receive yours hopefully before the end of the month of March.
