What's the diffent's of a Bum and a Hobow?

every one in my class say it's the same and some say its not!!!!

Hoboes ride trains.  Bums don't.

Other than that there is a lot of BS that comes from the mythologizing of Hobos claiming that Hoboes have some higher standards, but this just comes from people who think riding the rails is somehow romantic.
