I mean in finance not in pregnancy.

Say, the warranty period expires on July 1st, and the warranty security shall be paid within 30 days from the expiry of the warranty period. Is the due date a date or a period?

  2. The due date is the day they have to receive payment by. If you don't pay by the due date then you will be past due. Overdue means the same thing as past due.
