What's the difference and similarity between the life cycle of moss and fern ?

Similarities: They both reproduce by spores, they have no flowers, they both need the same conditions to germinate.

Differences: The spore cases on a fern is underneath the fronds (Leaves) while the moss spore case is on a thin stalk and during the germination process both moss and fern look like moss and the moss retains this appearance while the fern changes its appearance.
