What's the difference between Benefit, Profit, Interest and Bonus?

  1. Benefit is something that a business offers their employees, ex. health ins. 401K, gym memberships.

    Profit is monies gained by a business after the assets and liabilities have been totaled.  Interest is money earned. ex checking accounts or savings accounts pay interest to their clients.  

    A bonus is a reward for job well done, ex.  trip, money bonuses.This is not a pay increase however.

    Liabilities are what you owe assets are what you own
