Benny Hill was a slightly sleazy british comedian (he's dead now). Benny Hinn is a definitely sleazy teevee preacher/faith healer/con artist and unfortunately, he's still alive.

Don't know about Benny Hinn other than the sleazy pastor description.

Benny Hill was a wonderful British comedy actor who had his own TV series 'The Benny Hill Show'. Despite previous descriptions he was neither sleazy nor a pervert. In the sketches which featured girls Benny always ended up losing out and the girls won. His lineup included the famous Hill's Angels dancers, Bob Todd, Henry Magee and little Jackie Wright. His programmes were hilarious and he was a much loved figure until his death in 1975. Charlie Chaplin was a great admirer and described Benny as one of the greatest British comedians. He was a very private man who never married, living alone in a flat in Southampton although he spent a lot of time in France, being fluent in French. On his death he left his fortune to his parents, who had both died, his sister and brother also dead, and to his great friends Sue Upton and Louise English (Hill's Angels), and Bob Todd and Henry Magee. Unfortunately he never signed the Will so his assets were split between his nine nieces and nephews. Anyone describing him as sleazy or perverted obviously didn't understand his humour which bordered on the British 'saucy postcard' type which could be a little risque. He also did many radio broadcasts and raised thousands of pounds anonymously to aid various charities. I remember him from just after the war when he was a radio and film comedian right through to his T V shows and it was a sad day when he died of renal failure.

Hill- is dead now..but he had a rather...strange sense of english humor. you either really loved him or u hated him...

He also did a lot of variety sketch shows on pbs

Hinn-- is a relgious pastor who helps people and brings them what they need on a spiritual basis. He brings peace and comfort. he is on the air still and seems to be well liked.
