What's the difference between First Class airlines and Business Class Airlines?

if you fly First on Lufthansa from Frankfurt:  you can use the First Class Terminal, actually set apart from the main terminal building, have a bubble bath if you want, eat a meal, drink some rare & expensive booze, and get chauffeured to your plane in a Porsche or Mercedes

oh, and one more difference:  on transatlantic, maybe $4-5k roundtrip

well ive flown on business and first really business class is just a fancy name for first class due to many business travellers but i there are some small differences on 777 and 747 aircraft

The food is usually the same.  On some flights, you'll get better seats in First class, than Business.  The biggest difference, is less people,in your cabin, a little more personal space, and more storage, closer by (don't even have to leave your seat, to acces it, in some cases).

It really depends on the plane.  Sometimes the difference is almost unnoticeable, aside from there being a better passenger to flight attendant ratio.
